Leewaye Plans is led by Samantha (Sam) Rollings.

Sam is an Architectural Designer and Licensed Building Practitioner based in Rotorua.

Sam has being in the building industry for 20 plus years, with experience in rep support for local building supplier and pre-cut / truss detailing. 

For the last 7 years I having being working along side an amazing local Architectural Designer who has helped and encouraged me to grow and develop many new and exciting skills in architectural design. I'm very passionate and pride myself in residential alterations and additions. I love seeing the end results with our clients homes being exactly what they need for them both now and in the future.
