Sam is an Architectural Designer and Licensed Building Practitioner based in Rotorua.
Sam has been in the building industry for 20 plus years, with experience in rep support for local building supplier and detailing trusses and pre-cut frames.
For the last 4 years I have had the privilege of operating Leewaye Plans Ltd . As an Architectural Designer every job I do helps me to grow and develop many new and exciting skills in architectural design no matter how big or small it is. I'm very passionate and pride myself in residential alterations and additions. I love seeing the end results with our clients homes being exactly what they need for them both now and in the future.
